Initiation in fencing programs such as the Bladeworks Fencing Beginner Program. Fencers on the Monthly Membership will have access to 4 non-transferrable Level 2 classes as well as every session of Open Fencing throughout the month (Tuesdays and Fridays after 8:15). The Level 2 class is for beginner and intermediate level fencers who wish to continue to acquire and consolidate their fencing skills. Each level 2 class is structured like a classical fencing group class and will provide an opportunity for fencers to go in-depth on one sabre fencing technique from a rotation of Yellow, Orange, and Green armband level moves. Interested learners who have already purchased a Monthly Membership may choose to fast-track their progression by purchasing Drop-Ins, each valid for one additional Level 2 class or a private lesson of 15min. Fencers using the Monthly Membership are expected to bring their own equipment. If club equipment is required then we can loan equipment while holding a $100 deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the club’s loaned equipment. Any equipment that is damaged must be replaced user’s expense.
