Welcome to Bladeworks Fencing Club, home to fencers of all ages and skill levels. Our members range from those looking to have fun and stay fit, to top level athletes competing at an international level. We are a proud member of theOntario Fencing Association (OFA) and Canadian Fencing Federation (CFF).

Bladeworks Fencing Club offers several different programs and training options, allowing newcomers to the sport to gain experience under the supervision of our terrific coaches, and bringing together high level fencers who have competed around the world.

Introductory Program: This 10-week program is designed to help people with no fencing experience learn the fundamental techniques and tactics of the sport, as well as improve strength and coordination. Our qualified instructors ensure a fun and safe learning environment for this all-ages program. Equipment is provided for all beginners in the club and our fees are set to make fencing affordable for all levels.

Intermediate/Advanced Program: For fencers that have graduated from the introductory program, or who join our club with prior experience, we offer three practices per week. Group exercises, footwork drills and free fencing allow our members to learn from both our coaches that lead the classes as well as from one another.

Private/Semi-private Coaching: Our coaches can arrange to provide one-on-one or smaller group lessons where possible. Whether you are new to the sport and want a more personalized program, or if you are a more advanced fencer seeking to improve your game, our coaches will be happy to make arrangements to suit your needs.

For more information on our offered programs please refer to the Programs and Fees section.
